The Lumberton Township Board of Education is seeking a qualified staffing agency to deliver substitute‑teacher, support‑staff, and specialist‑staff services for all district schools for the 2026‑2027 school year. The vendor must recruit, screen, train, place, and manage a broad range of personnel, provide credential verification, a web‑based placement system, and monthly reporting, while meeting strict response times and contingency requirements.
• Provide substitute teachers (certified & non‑certified), instructional aides, clerical staff, custodians, and nurses (RN/LPN).
• Ensure all staff have proper credentials, background checks, medical clearance, and complete a pre‑placement training program.
• Supply a web‑based absentee‑management and placement system with unlimited district access, plus automated time‑clock reporting.
• Deliver monthly placement reports and respond to district inquiries within one business day; maintain contingency plans for unexpected absences.
• Must already serve at least ten public school districts (five K‑8 districts with ≥50 teachers) and be authorized to do business in New Jersey (or demonstrate equivalent out‑of‑state experience).
