The Town of Hadley is seeking a qualified janitorial contractor to provide comprehensive custodial services for two public‑school facilities – Hopkins Academy and Hadley Elementary School. The contract is a fixed‑price, three‑year agreement (Year 1 prorated) covering routine daily cleaning on school days, extensive deep‑cleaning tasks during non‑school days, and bi‑weekly exterior weed‑wacking. The District will supply all consumables (paper products, soap, etc.) and requires the contractor to use District‑provided chemicals, maintain safety data sheets, and meet any applicable statewide green‑cleaning standards. The contractor must submit separate pricing for each building, maintain at least $1 M liability insurance with the Town as additional insured, and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
