The City of College Station is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for a multi-component public infrastructure and park improvement project. The project includes the rehabilitation of several streets and enhancements to Mabel Clare Thomas Park. The selected firm will begin in a support role for preconstruction services and assume the risk of delivering the project through a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract. • The project includes rehabilitation of James Parkway, Puryear Drive, and Francis Drive. • Enhancements to Mabel Clare Thomas Park are also part of the project. • The selected CMAR will be responsible for construction means and methods. • A pre-proposal meeting will be held on February 5, 2026, followed by a site visit.
