Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for lab equipment maintenance services for the Louisiana Department of Health - Office of Public Health. The contract will be for an initial 1-year period, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide maintenance services for various lab equipment, including but not limited to, ASSY-NEXION 350 D TOP LEVEL, MAS SOFTWARE, and CHILLER-1HP 230V60HZ TP QUIET. The bidder must also provide a 15% discount on training and a 10% discount on qualification services.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting the specifications.
• The bidder must be OEM certified and provide priority response within 48-72 hours.
• The bidder must also provide phone and technical remote support, software updates, and emergency breakdown visits.
• The contract may be terminated by the State of Louisiana for convenience or cause.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
