Livestock Facility & Show Arena Land Clearing (Project# 907-000

Splendora Independent School District (Splendora ISD) is soliciting proposals for general contracting services for livestock facility and show arena land clearing. The project involves clearing 50+/- acres of unimproved land currently covered with evergreen and hardwood trees, underbrush, and vegetation. The contract will be awarded to the responsible proposer(s) whose proposal is determined to be the best value to Splendora ISD. The evaluation criteria include price, reputation of vendor, quality of vendor's goods and/or services, extent to which the goods and/or services meet Splendora ISD's needs, vendor's past relationship with Splendora ISD, and total long-term cost to Splendora ISD. • The proposer must provide a proposal that includes all required information and attachments. • The proposer must comply with all terms and conditions of the RFP and the contract. • The proposer must provide references and certify that they have not given, offered to give, nor intend to give at any time hereafter any economic opportunity, future employment, gift, loan, gratuity, special discount, trip, favor, or service to a public servant in connection with the proposal submitted. • The proposer must agree to provide a preference for the purchase, acquisition, or use of goods, products, or materials produced in the United States. • The proposer must certify that they are not a company identified on the Texas Comptroller's list of companies known to have contracts with, or provide supplies or services to, a foreign organization designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organization by the U.S. Secretary of State under federal law. • The proposer must certify that they will not boycott Israel during the term of the agreement. • The proposer must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to debarment and suspension, and provide certification regarding domestic preferences for procurement.
