Description
The State of Michigan’s Department of Natural Resources is seeking a vendor to supply BioMark® Passive Integrated Transponder (PIT) tags for the Fisheries Division’s Marquette Hatchery program under a multi‑year contract. The solicitation is a competitive RFP that will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder who meets the product quality, service, and delivery criteria. Bidders must submit a full proposal package—including a cover page, confidential treatment form, pricing schedule, and statement of work—through the SIGMA VSS electronic system by the deadline. All proposals become public records, and the State may conduct on‑site visits, request oral presentations, or issue notices of deficiency during evaluation. The contract value is not disclosed, but the award will be subject to State administrative board approval for contracts ≥ $250,000.
• Provide BioMark® PIT tags meeting the specifications outlined in Schedule A (Statement of Work).
• Submit pricing in Schedule B as a separate electronic file.
• Meet pass/fail evaluation criteria for product quality, service capabilities, and delivery capabilities.
• Accept State contract terms; any deviations must be shown with tracked changes.
• Respond to any post‑submission notices (deficiency, clarification) promptly.
