Description
The City of Springfield, Missouri is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive coating services city‑wide. The scope includes epoxy floor coatings, sealed concrete, stained/polished concrete, interior and exterior painting, shop‑finished woodwork, plaster repair, and drywall repair for various municipal facilities. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, permits, and any other items required to complete each job on an as‑required basis.
