The Department of Rehabilitation is seeking bids to supply, deliver, install, and commission a suite of new vending machines at the Enoch Christofferson SRRA Northbound facility, and to remove nine existing machines. The contract includes equipment procurement, freight (FOB Destination), installation, programming, training, a warranty line‑item, and either a trade‑in credit or recycling of the obsolete units. All submissions must be emailed to the two listed procurement analysts by the RFQ due date, and bidders must furnish numerous certifications (post‑consumer recycled‑content, Darfur Act, sanctions, etc.).
• New vending‑machine package: 1 frozen, 1 hot‑drink, 3 vandal‑resistant snack merchandisers, and 4 cold‑drink machines (all newly manufactured).
• Required services: freight (FOB Destination), installation labor (hourly rate), programming/training, 90‑day free labor & parts, and warranty line‑item.
• Removal of nine existing machines (specified bar‑codes) via trade‑in or recycling; documentation of removal must accompany the invoice.
• Mandatory compliance documentation: Bidder Declaration (GSPD‑05‑105), Post‑Consumer Recycled Content Certification, Darfur Act certification, sanctions certification, STD‑204 payee record, and others.
• Submission deadline: June 26, 2026 2:00 PM PDT; questions must be submitted at least three business days prior to that date.
