Description
The Mid-Michigan Leadership Academy is seeking a contractor to construct a new secured entry vestibule addition at the exterior of the building. The project includes the installation of a new storefront double door system with egress hardware and sidelite. The contractor will be responsible for completing the project by August 14th, 2026. The project requires the contractor to provide a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond. The contractor must also comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including prevailing wage laws.
