6640--Automated Osmometers with Service, Test Kits, and Supplies

The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks to procure two Automated Osmometers with Preventative Maintenance/Service Plan, Test Kits, and Supplies for the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Services Department located at Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System. The contractor shall provide all necessary service line-items to perform the specified functions. The contract will be a single Firm-Fixed Price award Blanket Purchase Agreement with five one-year ordering periods. • The contractor must demonstrate meeting the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified in the solicitation. • The contractor must provide a primary BPA program manager who will be responsible for the performance of the work under the BPA. • The contractor must conduct a complete BPA review with the CO/CS at least annually to ensure the BPA terms and conditions are being met. • The contractor must deliver all supplies and services to the locations identified in the contract. • The contractor must submit invoices electronically through the specified website.
