The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) is planning to conduct an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Program across its service territory. The program will involve the deployment of electric meters, warehousing, inventory management, and customer engagement. The contractor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive deployment plan, installing electric meters, managing warehousing and inventory, and providing customer support. The program will last for three years, and the contractor will be required to provide regular progress reports and meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Some key aspects of the project include: • Deployment of electric meters to approximately 1.6 million customers • Warehousing and inventory management of electric meters and other materials • Customer engagement and support through a call center • Installation of water meters and other devices • Integration with LADWP's existing systems and infrastructure The contractor will be required to have experience in similar projects, provide a detailed proposal, and meet specific requirements and timelines.
