Description
Oconee County is soliciting quotes for the construction of a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) at Chau Ram County Park. The building will be 30 feet by 90 feet and include an 8-foot front overhang. The contractor will be responsible for installing the building on an existing concrete pad and ensuring that all work is completed within 180 calendar days from the date of notice of award or receipt of purchase order. Key features of the building include a vertical roof style, 4/12 roof pitch, and 14-gauge framing. The contractor must provide a warranty for the work and ensure that all materials and labor meet the specifications outlined in the RFQ.
