Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for grease trap maintenance and as needed repair services at Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, with the possibility of renewal or extension. The scope of work includes grease trap maintenance and repair services, and the contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the work. The contractor will also be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety.
• The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and repairing grease traps at the Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center.
• The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and personnel to perform the work.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety.
• The contractor will be required to provide a pricing sheet and other documentation as part of the bid submission.
• The contractor will be required to participate in a courtesy review of the HUB subcontracting plan.
