Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Savannah District is conducting market research for an Optimized Remediation Contract (ORC) to address environmental remediation at 26 Installation Restoration Program sites and 1 Military Munitions Response Program site across Moody AFB and Robins AFB in Georgia. The effort will involve investigation, design, construction, operation, maintenance, and optimization of remedial systems, with a focus on reducing life‑cycle costs and accelerating site closure. Contractors will be expected to provide comprehensive project management, quality assurance, reporting, community outreach, and coordination with multiple regulators (GA EPD, EPA). The contract will be performance‑based, with a period of performance likely spanning up to ten years, and will require a full suite of engineering, environmental, and construction capabilities.
