Description
The State of Maryland's Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide data telecommunications services for connectivity to State locations served by a State data aggregation facility. The services will be provided from the listed State aggregation point to the corresponding termination point. The contractor will be required to meet the technical requirements described in the Data Telecommunications Services Master Contract RFP No. F50B4400028 and provide services in accordance with the Master Contract and this Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP).
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing data telecommunications services for State locations
• Meeting technical requirements described in the Master Contract
• Providing services in accordance with the Master Contract and this PORFP
• Furnishing key personnel within 30 days of Notice to Proceed
• Maintaining end-to-end network availability at a 99.7% uptime for each installed circuit
• Providing maintenance support to locations on a 24x7x365 basis
