Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking quotations for the production of various envelopes, including 6 1/2 X 10" nonstandard envelopes, 10 X 13" booklet envelopes, and #10 White Window Envelopes. The contractor will be responsible for error-free typesetting, printing, and delivery of the envelopes to the Birmingham VAMC. The contract requires the contractor to submit a quote via the GPO Publish website and to provide a W-9 form before payment. The contract also requires the contractor to notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
