The City of Columbus Water Quality Assurance Laboratory seeks an authorized service provider to perform an annual preventive‑maintenance and repair contract for two PromoChrom SPE‑03 solid‑phase extractors. The contract requires delivery of a Gold‑Plan service package that includes scheduled preventive‑maintenance visits, emergency support, parts kits, non‑consumable repair parts, remote assistance, unlimited technical support, and priority response. The work will be performed on‑site at the laboratory in Columbus, Ohio, with travel costs covered for the required visits. This is a one‑year renewable service agreement that must be executed by a vendor qualified by PromoChrom Technologies Ltd.
