IFB #26-34 - Heavy Duty Mobile Lift Columns Set, Department of Transportation City of Annapolis Maryland

The City of Annapolis is seeking a qualified and responsive firm to award a firm-fixed price contract for one set of four heavy-duty mobile lift columns to replace an existing heavy-duty surface-mounted ramp lift at the Annapolis Department of Transportation maintenance facility. The work involves removing and properly disposing of the existing lift, furnishing and installing a new set of heavy-duty mobile lift columns, clean up, and training. The new vehicle lift will allow for complete freedom of movement and easy accessibility under and around the elevated vehicle. • The existing garage bay door is thirteen and a half feet high and twelve feet wide. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award multiple contracts. • The City may conduct discussions or interviews with bidders who submit bids determined to be reasonably susceptible of being selected for award. • All bids shall remain subject to City acceptance for forty-five days after the day of the bid opening.
