Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Dental Anesthesia services for residents of Austin State Supported Living Center. The contract will be for a period of time, with the possibility of renewal or extension. The bidder must submit a comprehensive response, including all required information and documentation, to be considered for award. The response must include a completed and signed HHS Solicitation Affirmations, a completed Pricing Sheet, and other required documentation.
