The State University of New York at Stony Brook (herein after referred to as "SUNY”) is soliciting proposals to provide all labor, material, equipment and services necessary to renovate the exisiting warehouse space and addition of a 3900 square foot new construction at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Stony Brook, NY 11794 services, as herein described delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook 25/26-118MC and Exhibits. A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) has been adopted for this project. This agreement openly promotes bidding from all contractors – union and non-union. The low bidder must execute and abide by the terms of the project-specific Project Labor Agreement. This project Labor Agreement also impacts acceptable staffing patterns of the project. The PLA should be read in its entirety by all potential bidders prior to submitting a proposal. All work on this Contract is to be completed “within 500 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed” There will be a one-time, MANDATORY site visit for perspective bidders scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 10:00 am (SHARP) at Stony Brook University, Research & Development Park, 1512 Development Drive, Research & Support Services Building 17, Campus Planning Design & Construction Conference Room, Stony Brook, NY 11794-6010. *Only those contractors who attend the site visit will be eligible to bid on this project* All questions relating to this bid must be submitted in writing on Jaggaer to the Q & A Board. Pursuant to State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between the University and potential bidders during the procurement process.
