The City of Columbus Public Utilities Department seeks an Indefinite Quantity Agreement (IQA) to provide preventive maintenance, annual safety inspections, and repair services for its fleet of forklifts, scissor lifts, and man lifts across multiple municipal facilities. Vendors will submit unit prices for a predefined list of line‑items; the City will issue individual purchase orders as needs arise, with a 24‑hour response requirement for service calls. The agreement runs until May 31 2027, with an estimated total spend of $5,000 (non‑binding).
• Provide preventative maintenance and annual safety certification for forklifts, scissor lifts, and man lifts.
• Offer on‑site repair labor (hourly) and shop‑repair labor (hourly), plus fixed trip and transport fees.
• Submit unit costs for each line‑item; the City will award the IQA based on best value and issue separate purchase orders thereafter.
