Statewide - Adaptive Technology

The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide adaptive technology products and services to various state agencies. The contract will be for a period of one year, and the vendor will be required to provide products such as screen readers, screen magnification software, and voice input programs. The vendor will also be required to provide technical support and training to program participants. The contract will be awarded based on the vendor's experience, qualifications, and pricing. • The vendor must have at least two years of experience in providing adaptive technology products and services. • The vendor must have a dedicated account manager to work with the state agency. • The vendor must be able to receive purchase orders via fax and email. • The vendor must be able to ship products within 14 days of receipt of a purchase order. • The vendor must provide a one-year express warranty on all products. • The vendor must provide technical support and training to program participants.
