The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services is offering a three-year term public sales contract for scrap tires. The contract is for the removal of scrap tires from the DLA Disposition Services San Antonio location. The purchaser will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate disposal or recycling of tires in strict compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations. The government guarantees to issue the purchaser a minimum total weight equal to the "Minimum Guaranteed QTY (LBS.)" identified per SCL listed in Table 1.
