Description
The Maryland School for the Deaf is seeking to purchase 35 Chromebooks for Elementary students. The Chromebooks should have a processor of Intel Processor N100 or equivalent, a display of 11.6" or 12" Full HD (Touch or Non touch), and a memory of 8 GB LPDDR5. The proposal should include the estimated time from receipt of award to delivery of Chromebooks. The award will be made to a responsive and responsible Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering the price and evaluation factors.
• The procurement is a 100% Small Business Reserve (SBR) procurement.
• Only Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet 2015 Master Contract are eligible to submit a bid.
• The contract will be for a fixed price.
• The vendor must be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer named in the solicitation.
• The vendor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
