Leadership Training Academy

The United States Secret Service is seeking information from vendors to establish a Leadership Development Academy to enhance leadership capabilities within the federal workforce. The Academy will target GS-13 employees, as well as select GS-11 and GS-12 personnel, including Special Agents, Uniform Division personnel, and Administrative, Professional, and Technical Law Enforcement staff. Interested parties should submit responses addressing their experience in delivering leadership development training, proposed training approach, and ability to tailor training content for law enforcement, administrative, and technical personnel. • The Academy aims to enhance leadership capabilities within the federal workforce. • The target audience includes GS-13 employees, as well as select GS-11 and GS-12 personnel. • Vendors should have experience in delivering leadership development training to federal or similar workforces. • The proposed training approach should include a blended or in-person approach, curriculum outline, and key competencies addressed. • Vendors should have experience in administering leadership assessments and facilitating assessment workshops.
