Hot Weather Combat Boots

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is soliciting quotes for 5,000 pairs of hot weather combat boots in support of the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to the country of Tunisia. The boots must meet specific requirements, including being made of leather, having a coyote color, and featuring special features such as Berry Amendment compliance, 8" standard military height, and backward-facing forefoot seams. • The required sizes are 5.5, 6.5, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11, and 13. • The material must be leather. • The boots must meet all AR 670-1 and AFI 36-2903 specifications. • The anticipated date of award is no later than 12 June 2026.
