Description
The USNS COMFORT has a requirement to replace refrigeration and freeze equipment with exact replacements. The contractor shall provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items. The Government will evaluate offers based on price and other factors. The contract will be awarded to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
