Procurement of Replacement Air Filters for the U.S. Embassy Hanoi

The U.S. Government is seeking a contractor to provide replacement air filters for the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi. The contractor shall provide a quotation including VAT, door-to-door delivery fees, and any other anticipated charges. The quotation shall also include the delivery schedule, warranty plan, and any other accompanied accessories to the item offered. • The contractor must provide a quotation at the lowest price. • The contractor must be registered in the SAM database if the offer is over $40,000. • Quotations must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. • The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions.
