Description
The City of Salina is soliciting bids to provide a new electrical service and obstruction‑lighting system for the Wyatt Water Tower. The work includes removal of existing service equipment, installation of a 100 A meter pedestal, new panelboard, conduit runs, and a double‑head red‑LED obstruction light with photocell control, all to meet NEC/NESC standards. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder, with a 5 % bid bond and a 10 % retainage, and includes a two‑year warranty.
• Install new electrical service (meter pedestal, panelboard, conduit, conductors) and remove/dispose of old equipment.
• Provide and mount a high‑visibility obstruction light with photocell controls on the tower top.
