Information Resource Center (IRC) Support Services at Rock Island Arsenal

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide Information Resource Center (IRC) Support Services at Rock Island Arsenal. The contractor will be responsible for providing support services, including operating and maintaining the IRC. The contract will be for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The contractor must have experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) chemical-biological systems and must possess the required active SECRET security clearances. • The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience working with DoD chemical-biological systems. • The contractor must demonstrate practical knowledge and capability to operate the specific required Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) systems. • The contractor must provide a pricing matrix with prices for the base period and all option years. • The contractor must provide a technical capability statement demonstrating their ability to execute the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
