Description
The Ipswich Public Schools is seeking bids for the roof repair and recovery at the Paul F. Doyon Memorial Elementary School. The project includes removing and disposing of 4,000 sq ft of wet insulation, replacing the vapor barrier, insulation, and 1 SBS ply in kind, and installing a new .060 Fleece Backed KEE membrane. The project must be completed by December 31, 2025. The estimated contract cost is $240,000.
