Description
The Glenwood Redevelopment Corporation is seeking qualified contractors to demolish existing pavement and remove or abandon utilities across the Glenwood Resource Center campus in Glenwood, Iowa. The work includes complete removal, stockpiling, and proper disposal of pavement materials, as well as the safe de‑construction of underground utilities within the defined project limits. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid conference on October 1, 2026 (virtual or in‑person) and may attend an optional site visit on October 9, 2026. All bid documents are available through the A&D Technical Supply planroom website; registration is required. The bid opening is scheduled for September 23, 2026, with the final submission deadline of October 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder who meets the qualification criteria and provides required bid bonds and insurance.
