Description
The Rhode Island Commerce Corporation is seeking an experienced investment‑banking firm to serve as Senior Managing Underwriter (or Co‑Manager) for a new $97 million airport revenue bond issue (with a potential $35.85 million refund). The firm will be responsible for all underwriting activities, including cash‑flow modeling, rating‑agency liaison, marketing, road‑show support, execution of the bond sale, and post‑sale reporting. The engagement runs from award (Nov 2026) through bond pricing and closing (Mar/Apr 2027).
• Prepare detailed debt‑service and refunding cash‑flow scenarios for a 30‑year, level‑debt structure.
• Lead the marketing plan, investor road‑show, and bond sale, assuming at least 60 % liability as senior manager.
• Coordinate with RIAC, bond counsel, municipal advisors, and rating agencies; provide post‑sale reporting and all required documentation.
