Medical-Grade Water Quality Testing Services / Wright-Patterson AFB

The 88th Medical Group at Wright-Patterson AFB requires non-personal Medical-Grade Water Quality Testing Services to support its Sterile Processing Department (SPD) and Hemodialysis ward. The services include specialized clinical water quality testing to ensure absolute compliance with ANSI/AAMI/ISO medical-grade standards. Bidders must provide all necessary personnel, testing kits, materials, laboratory analysis, and shipping required to perform AAMI Water Chemical Analysis, LAL Endotoxin Testing, and Fluid Balance Testing. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. • The testing services will be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Pricing Sheet attached to this notice. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the testing services. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all testing is performed in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a report of the test results to the 88th Medical Group. • The contract will be awarded to the bidder that provides the best value to the government, considering factors such as price, technical capability, and past performance.
