Description
The National Park Service (NPS) – National Capital Area (NCA) is seeking a Single-Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support solid waste management services for the National Mall and Memorial Parks. The contractor will be responsible for providing dumpsters for NPS personnel to load with debris and solid waste, and then picking up, disposing, and recycling the waste in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Some key points about the job include:
• The contract will be for a period of 5 years, from June 22, 2026, to June 21, 2031.
• The maximum contract value is $495,000.00, with a minimum guarantee of $2,500.00.
• The contractor must provide a brief technical capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements of the Performance Work Statement.
• The contractor must certify that all drivers performing under this contract will possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• The Government reserves the right to conduct an on-site inspection of services listed in the Technical Quotes.
