Description
The State of Missouri, Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS), is seeking proposals for the provision of dental supplies. The contract period is from July 7, 2026, to July 6, 2027. The contractor shall provide dental supplies in accordance with the specifications stated on the Pricing Page. The estimated quantities indicated in the RFP are estimates that pertain to the total aggregate quantities that may be ordered throughout the stated contract period. The contractor must maintain financial and accounting records and evidence pertaining to the contract in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The contractor shall not substitute any item(s) that has been awarded to the contractor without the prior written approval of the Division of Purchasing.
Some key points to consider:
• The contractor shall provide imprinting on the toothbrushes as specified in line items 6 and 7 of the Pricing Page.
• The state agency shall pay a one-time charge, in accordance with line item 19 of the Pricing Page.
• The contractor shall provide samples and/or pre-production samples in accordance with paragraphs 5.3.1 and 5.3.2 herein.
• The contractor shall agree that the product provided under contract shall conform to all mandatory specifications, terms, conditions, and requirements stated herein.
