C26-032 Altitude Test Chamber Blower Replacement

The 76 CMXG is requesting procurement of one Altitude Test Chamber System Pressurization Blower. The blower must meet specific design requirements, including a centrifugal multistage blower, inlet air pressure range, inlet air temperature range, output air volume, and outlet air pressure. The blower shall be equipped with a 100 HP TEFC premium efficient motor and shall be skid mounted as a packaged unit. The new replacement blower and motor shall connect to the existing Altitude Chamber Test System. • The blower must be a direct replacement for the current Pressure Blower System Model 38406A, Serial Number 27335. • The blower shall meet all form, fit, and functions of the original unit. • The blower operational design criteria shall include inlet air pressure range, inlet air temperature range, output air volume, and outlet air pressure. • The blower shall utilize labyrinth seals and have O-Rings on the blower section joints.
