Description
The Mississippi Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the lease of a modular office trailer for its District III Headquarters. The trailer must be 2021 or newer, professionally cleaned, and ready for office use. The lease period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The bid must include setup cost, lease per month, and tear-down cost. The award will be based on the lowest total bid meeting MDOT specifications and requirements.
• The modular office trailer must have a minimum of 4 offices, basic entry steps, ADA/IBC ramp, and 1 restroom.
• The trailer must have AC/heating and be 56” x 24” in dimension.
• The bidder must provide insurance coverage for physical and/or vandalism damage.
• The bidder is responsible for maintenance and repair of the trailer during the lease period.
• The bid must include detailed literature to prove compliance with specifications.
• The bidder must submit a certification from the manufacturer that the modular office trailer meets or surpasses applicable federal regulations for health and safety.
