Oyster Bay Regional Treatment Facilities

The City of Bremerton is soliciting Statements of Qualification from consulting firms with expertise in Civil and Stormwater Engineering Design for the Oyster Bay Regional Treatment Facilities project. The project involves designing stormwater treatment facilities certified by the Washington State Technology Assessment Protocol – Ecology (TAPE) program to treat the 81.5-acre Oyster Bay urban drainage basin. The selected firm will prepare a 90% design package, obtain required permits and approvals, and complete cultural and environmental reviews. • The project is funded by a Department of Ecology grant and local match funds. • The anticipated schedule for the project is from July 2026 to March 2028. • The City of Bremerton reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm for any subsequent project phases. • The evaluation criteria include qualifications of the project manager and key team members, experience on similar projects, project approach, project management and schedule approach, and familiarity with applicable standards and design practices.
