The Massachusetts Department of Public Health is seeking to create a statewide network of licensed medical facilities that will deliver comprehensive outpatient tuberculosis (TB) services. The contract will be awarded on a rolling basis under a unit‑rate payment structure, with an initial five‑year term and the possibility of two additional two‑year renewals. Providers must be able to diagnose, treat, and manage both active TB disease and latent TB infection, coordinate laboratory and radiology services, and report data electronically to the department.
• Provide outpatient TB diagnosis, treatment, and case‑management for active disease and latent infection.
• Coordinate specimen collection, laboratory testing (including MA State Public Health Laboratory), and imaging, and submit electronic encounter data (837 HIPAA) to DPH.
• Maintain culturally and linguistically competent services, including interpreter use and community health worker engagement, and comply with unit‑rate billing and performance metrics.
