Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for stress management training services for SEIU Local 721 represented employees. The training should include stress and resilience training, with a minimum class size of 25 participants and a maximum class size of 35 participants. The training can be delivered either through synchronous live online courses or in-person courses. The bidder should quote a unit price per course.
• The training services should be provided for a minimum of 75 participants for online courses and 20 participants for in-person courses.
• The bidder should have experience in providing similar training services to large groups.
• The bidder should be able to provide a detailed outline of the training program, including the topics to be covered and the methods of delivery.
• The bidder should be able to provide references from previous clients.
• The bidder should be able to provide a certificate of completion to participants who complete the training program.
