General Landscape Architectural Services 2025

The City of Syracuse Department of Parks, Recreation, and Youth Programs is seeking proposals for professional, general Landscape Architecture services. The services are to include Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Project Cost Estimation, Project Bidding, Construction Contract Administration, Post-Construction Evaluation, Special Investigations, and other related tasks within landscape architecture and planning for the Parks Department. The City intends to select a maximum of six consultants to provide professional services as needed. • The services will be performed on a time and expense, authorized work order basis. • The amount of each work order will be in the range of $1,000.00 to $300,000.00, unless approved otherwise. • The City will select consultants based on qualifications, and a Billing Rate Schedule must be submitted as indicated in the Scope of Services. • There will be no minimum amount of work established in this contract.
