RFQ- Continuing Engineering Services - Utility Infrastructure Improvements for the Town of Lady Lake

The Town of Lady Lake, Florida is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for water, wastewater, reclaimed water, and related utility infrastructure improvements. The scope of work includes planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration for various projects, such as expansion and upgrades to the Town's Water Reclamation Facility, septic tank phase-out and septic-to-sewer conversion projects, and wastewater collection system improvements. The selected firm(s) will be expected to coordinate closely with Town staff and maintain familiarity with ongoing utility planning efforts, regulatory coordination activities, and implementation of the Town's existing and future utility capital improvement program. • The Town is contemplating, evaluating, and implementing multiple capital improvement initiatives to address regulatory requirements, continued growth, and long-term utility system reliability. • The selected firm(s) will be expected to demonstrate familiarity with the Town's existing utility infrastructure, operational constraints, regulatory commitments, and previously completed planning or engineering efforts associated with the Town's water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems. • The Town reserves the right to select and negotiate agreements with one or more qualified firms if determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
