Description
The City of Crescent City is seeking proposals to design, fabricate, deliver, and place two ADA‑compliant park‑model cabins (approximately 400 sq ft each) for short‑term rental use at Lighthouse Cove RV Park. The cabins must accommodate six occupants, feature a “log cabin” aesthetic, and be delivered fully positioned on the prepared site at 900 Sunset Circle. The procurement is funded by a California State Coastal Conservancy grant and will be awarded to the proposal deemed most advantageous based on cost, aesthetics, and delivery timeline.
• Quantity: 2 prefabricated park‑model cabins (~400 sf each)
