Description
The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to replace the roof at the Point Park Visitor Center in Chickamauga/Chattanooga National Military Park, Georgia. The existing asphalt shingle roof is approximately 18 years old and covers an area of approximately 4,000 square feet. The goal is to provide a durable, watertight, and aesthetically appropriate roofing system that complies with all applicable National Park Service standards, local building codes, and historical preservation guidelines.
The procurement will be set-aside for Small Business firms, and the NAICS code is 238160 - Roofing Contractors.
• The contractor must have an active vendor record in SAM.gov and be a small business under the identified NAICS code.
• The contractor must not have any exclusions such as a delinquent federal debt or debarment.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the period of performance is expected to be from May 15, 2026, to June 15, 2026.
• Davis Bacon prevailing wages for Catoosa County, Georgia will apply to this requirement.
