Description
The Eastern District of Texas Probation and Pretrial Services Office is seeking qualified providers to deliver substance‑use and mental‑health treatment services under a one‑year Blanket Purchase Agreement, with the possibility of four additional one‑year extensions. Services may include assessments, counseling (individual, group, family), residential treatment, urine‑testing, and psychiatric care for federal defendants and persons under supervision. Providers must demonstrate ability to operate within the designated Texas catchment areas, staff qualified professionals, and submit pricing at least as low as the vendor’s most‑favored‑customer rates.
