Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is hosting a pre-solicitation conference to inform industry partners about the upcoming requirement for the outfitting and installation of Land Based Engineering Site (LBES) Test Sites. The conference will provide an opportunity for attendees to learn about the scope of upcoming projects, discuss potential acquisition strategies, and network with government representatives. The LBES test sites include various systems such as electrical power systems, gas and steam turbine engines, and control networks. The projects will require contractor support in areas such as test site removal, relocation, fabrication, assembly, heavy transport, outfitting, and mechanical/electrical integration.
• The conference will be held on November 5, 2025, at the NSWCPD Philadelphia Navy Yard.
• Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the areas in Building 77H being considered for test sites.
• Registration is mandatory and limited to five representatives per contractor.
• The event is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quote (RFQ).
