Pickering Laboratories, Inc. ONYX PCX Equipment Maintenance

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) intends to award a sole source contract to Pickering Laboratories, Inc. for the maintenance of ONYX PCX equipment. The contract will cover annual preventive maintenance, repair support visits, parts, and software support. Pickering Laboratories, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Supplier of the ONYX PCX in the United States, and they are the sole authorized provider of genuine parts, software, supplies, service, training, and support for these chromatography columns. • The contract is for a base period of 1 year, with an option to extend for an additional 5 months. • The contract will be awarded using the statutory authority FAR 6.302-1(c). • The required services will cover annual preventive maintenance, repair support visits, parts, and software support using Operation and Maintenance funding. • Proper maintenance is required to meet manufacturer standards and laboratory quality and accreditation standards.
