ITB 26-04 LAKE WALES SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT – PHASE II

The City of Lake Wales is seeking bids for the reconstruction of streets within the city, specifically the construction of concrete sidewalks. The project includes the construction of approximately 1.25 miles of sidewalks, demolition of existing concrete, and other associated miscellaneous items. The project must be completed in accordance with the Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. • The project includes approximately 1.25 miles of sidewalk construction • The contractor must construct concrete sidewalks to an average depth of 4 inches • The project includes demolition of existing concrete, tree/shrub removal, and other associated items • The contractor must transport, place, or dispose of materials as necessary • The project must be completed in accordance with the Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction
