Description
The Florida Department of Corrections is seeking a lease for a Probation and Parole Office in Pinellas Park, Florida. The office should have a minimum of 3,725 square feet and a maximum of 4,999 square feet of net rentable space. The lease term will be for 10 years with two 5-year renewal options. The successful offeror will be required to provide a full-service lease, including all operating expenses, utilities, and maintenance. The department is looking for a space that meets specific requirements, including being located at least 250 feet away from certain facilities such as schools and day care centers.
• The proposed space must be an existing building with a roof system and exterior walls in place.
